Fisher Scientific
One design system. 30+ brands. 200 pages.
As UX & Web Designer at Thermo Fisher Scientific, I designed the landing pages and templates behind Fisher Scientific’s international brand pages, and shipped them with reusable components in Adobe Experience Manager.
The challenge
Fisher Scientific hosts dozens of scientific brands, each with its own identity, audience and products. Pages had to be produced at pace, stay consistent with the platform and still feel like the brand they represented.
Goal. Make page production repeatable without making every brand look the same.
My role
- Designed page layouts, templates and visuals in Figma
- Built and documented a library of 50 reusable components
- Adapted every layout to its brand identity and to responsive breakpoints
- Handed designs over to AEM and checked the final builds with content and development teams
- Designed hero banners, and designed and sent marketing emails in Eloqua, localised in English, German and Spanish
How we got there.
Brief & brand audit
Read each brand’s identity, content and goals before drawing anything.
Templates in Figma
Landing page and template designs for desktop and mobile.
Component library
50 reusable, documented components shared across brands.
Brand variants
Colour, imagery and tone adapted per brand, with the structure unchanged.
Build & QA in AEM
Responsive builds checked with content and development teams.
Banners & emails
Hero banners, plus Eloqua emails designed and sent for campaigns, localised in English, German and Spanish.
What it looked like.

What changed.
Reusable components made new pages faster to assemble and kept the interface consistent from one brand to the next.
The phone recordings show the final versions on fishersci.fr, captured on mobile.
Beyond pages, I designed hero banners and designed and sent marketing emails in Eloqua for campaigns such as the Nunclon Supra cell culture plastics, localised for German and Spanish audiences.
What they said
“Sabrine will bring the same level of dedication, enthusiasm, and collaboration to her future role. I strongly recommend her and believe she will be an asset to any team she joins.”

Based on my direct experience managing her work, I am confident that Sabrine will bring the same level of dedication, enthusiasm, and collaboration to her future role. I strongly recommend her and believe she will be an asset to any team she joins.
What I learned
The most useful design decision was shared structure with room for brand character. It gave content teams speed and gave each brand its own voice.
